Unlike traditional massage, there’s no oil, no undressing, and no deep tissue kneading — instead, think of it as a flowing, full-body assisted stretch that feels like you're doing yoga... but without the effort.

During your session:

Yoga Massage sessions are typically held outdoors, often by the sea, on a comfortable mattress laid on the ground. The fresh air, natural sounds, and grounding energy of nature become part of your healing experience.

You remain fully clothed in comfortable attire. I will gently move, stretch, rock, and compress different areas of your body using my hands, arms, and sometimes body weight — always with care and respect for your comfort level.

Here’s what happens beneath the surface:
- Muscles are lengthened and released, helping reduce chronic tightness and improve flexibility.
- Joints are gently mobilized to increase range of motion.
- The lymphatic system is stimulated through rhythmic movements, which may support detoxification and reduce fluid retention.

- The mind often slows down — it’s not uncommon to drift into a dreamy or light sleep state.
