founder of ME TIME THERAPY - I have been living in Paphos for a year. I am a Medicinal and Sport Massage Therapist. I finished the 2 years accredeted course before I went to the Sport University in Budapest.
I studied extensively about human anatomy and about the muscle and skeletal system not only During the process of becoming a therapist but during the university years as well.
In the University I was studying as a Physical education and therapeutic teacher for 3 years, where I learned about therapeutic and muscle strengthening exercises to prevent injuries and to help rehabilitation.
Apart from my studies, I have quite a big history in sports, specifically in boxing so I have my personal experiences about the injuries and muscle pain from the side of an athlete as well.
