At Me Time Therapy, we are dedicated to providing our clients with a professional and rejuvenating massage experience. To ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, it is essential that everyone pays careful attention to their own health conditions and any contraindications (listed ont he health questionnair) they may have before undergoing a massage treatment. It is the client's responsibility to be aware of these factors to guarantee a safe and effective massage session.
Arrival to your appointment
Our policies and procedures have been established to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for all clients. We kindly request new clients to arrive 10-15 minutes early, while established clients should aim to arrive 5 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. Adhering to the specified time schedule allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. In the event of a late arrival, the service duration may be shortened to accommodate the schedule, and the original treatment fee will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations or rescheduling, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. We send reminders 1-2 days before your appointment, allowing you the opportunity to make any necessary changes. Late arrivals, unfortunately, cannot extend their scheduled appointments, except in rare cases with advanced notification, and the original fee will be applied. Clients who fail to cancel and do not show up for their appointment are responsible for the payment.
Privacy Policy
At Me Time Therapy, we maintain strict confidentiality of your treatment records. Your information is securely stored, and access is restricted to individuals with legitimate business or professional reasons. We do not disclose your records to third parties, including healthcare providers and insurance companies, without your written consent, except when required by law.
Conduct
Respectful conduct is paramount at our facility. Any inappropriate behavior, such as suggestive comments, sexual innuendos, or touching of the massage therapist in an inappropriate manner, will result in the immediate termination of the massage session. Clients engaging in such behavior will not be permitted to return for future massages, and the full fee will be expected.
Lotions and creams
To enhance your massage experience, we recommend refraining from using lotions and perfumes before your session, as they can interfere with the massage products we use. If you have any allergies or specific product preferences, please inform us prior to your session. You are also welcome to bring your preferred lotion, cream, or oil for the treatment.
