15:00 - 17:00pm Arrival, Check - in: Settle into your traditional stone-built suite and take a moment to breathe in the stillness of the Tochni hills as your "Me Time" begins.
18:00 - Opening Circle, Yoga Practice: We begin by creating a shared space of intention, followed by a steady Hatha practice to ground your energy. This session is designed to help you shed your "outer world" armor and physically arrive in the present moment.
19:30 - Dinner: Nourishing Mediterranean meal made from local ingredients, celebrating the joy of shared experience and conscious connection.
21:00 – Evening Sound Journey: Surrender to the healing vibrations of a meditative sound bath, allowing the frequencies to clear your mind and lead you into a state of cellular relaxation.

08 - 09:00am - Morning Resilience: Posture & Functional Strength: We start the day with a session led by Gabriella, focused on structural alignment. By combining targeted strength work with mobility, we help you find a posture that feels tall, open, and effortless - the foundation for a healthy, pain-free body.
9:30 - 10:30am - Nourishing Breakfast followed by free time
12 - 13:00pm - Workshop: The Art of Lymphatic Vitality A deep dive into lymphatic health and your body’s natural detoxification. You will learn the specific rhythms of dry brushing and self-massage techniques for both the face and body to move stagnant energy and fluids. You’ll leave with practical tools to boost circulation, reduce inflammation, and maintain a healthy, vibrant glow at home.
14 - 17:00pm - Beach Barefoot Walk: Step onto the sand and let the Mediterranean Sea air recharge you. This is a time for grounding, deep breathing, and quiet connection with the elements.
18 - 19:00pm - Dinner: A wholesome, local meal shared in the heart of the village.
20:00pm - Cacao Ceremony & Full Moon Dance: We gather for a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony followed by a Full Moon Dance - a liberating space to move, release, and celebrate

We begin our final morning with an energizing Hatha Yoga practice.
9:30 - 10:30am - Nourishing Farewell Breakfast
A final slow breakfast in the village to fuel up and share reflections from the weekend. 11am - Check - out
11:00 - 13:00pm - Yoga Massage & Passive Stretching Experience the healing power of touch in this guided session. Led by Gabriella, you will work in pairs to explore passive stretching and restorative yoga movements. You will both give and receive, learning how to support another’s body to achieve deeper releases and a state of total physical surrender.
13:00 – 14:00 - Toxni Tavern Delicious Lunch
14:30 – 16:30 - Closing Ceremony
We close our journey with a gentle guided meditation, allowing the experiences of the retreat to settle and integrate within. Each of us will then create a mala bracelet with intention, infusing every bead with a quiet prayer — a meaningful reminder to carry this energy forward into our daily lives.

Dora is a Yoga Therapist, Sound Healer, and Holistic Women’s Wellness Mentor devoted to guiding people back to balance, inner strength, and a deeper connection with themselves through yoga, breath, sound, and holistic healing practices.
Gabriella is a Medicinal & Sports Massage Therapist and movement specialist passionate about recovery, injury prevention, and helping people reconnect with their bodies through therapeutic work, movement awareness, and mindful self-care.
