2D RUNNING GAIT ANALYSIS
&
RUNNING RETRAINING

Improve your running efficiency, reduce injury risk and understand how your body moves — in person in Paphos or virtually worldwide.

What Is Running Gait Analysis?

Running gait analysis is a detailed video assessment of how your body moves while running.

Using slow-motion video from multiple angles, we assess running mechanics, posture, cadence, foot strike, limb control and movement patterns that may contribute to pain, inefficiency or performance limitations.

The goal is not to force a “perfect running style,” but to help you run more efficiently and with better load management for your individual body.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Recreational runners

Want to run pain-free and improve confidence.

Marathon & endurance runners

Looking to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary load.

Injury-prone runners

Recurring knee, shin, hip, calf or Achilles issues.

Running Retraining Session

Running gait analysis is only the first step.

Retraining sessions focus on helping you apply changes gradually through movement education, running drills, strength integration and load management strategies.

Common Running Issues We Assess

Running-related discomfort is often influenced by multiple factors including training load, recovery, strength capacity and movement strategies.

Running gait analysis can help identify movement patterns and loading strategies that may contribute to recurring running-related issues.

Achilles Tendon Pain

Stiffness or pain around the Achilles tendon, often aggravated by hills, speed work or sudden training increases.

Runners knee.

Pain around the kneecap commonly associated with loading tolerance, cadence, strength deficits or movement control.

IT Band Syndrome

Outer knee pain that may become worse during longer runs or downhill running.

Shin Splints

Pain along the shin often associated with repetitive loading, training spikes or inefficient movement strategies.

Plantar Fascia / Foot Pain

Heel or foot discomfort linked to repeated running load and tissue stress.

Hip & Pelvic Control Issues

Reduced lower limb control and stability may influence running efficiency and load distribution.
